Echekk is a rocky planet in the Kych System, within the Chechkal Cluster, within the Crucible Galaxy. Echekk lies close to the edge of the habitable zone, allowing it to support liquid water, but the soaring serotinal temperatures, especially in the equatorial regions, force many lifeforms including the Kyekna colonists to go underground until the cooler seasons.
