The Dragon's Head Nebula is a vast cloud of gas and dust located in the Inner Systems.

Characteristics

Viewed from Malisk, it appears in the shape of the head of a monster with large horns, a gaping maw and sharp teeth. From this appearance, the nebula receives its name.

The nebula itself was created from an ancient supernova. The Dragon's Head Nebula is saturated with planets and proto-planetary disks. Most of the stars within the nebula are quite young, and many star systems are filled with numerous asteroid belts and other debris.
