Omni 02 is a parallel universe to that of Omni 01. The point of divergence was during the time of the Empire of Arckas where they were destroyed in the Multiversal War at the hands of servants of the Basilisk known as the Harbingers. Though the Harbingers were eventually driven back, the destruction of the Empire of Arckas changed the course of evolution in many species resulting in some having radically different cultures and even entirely different appearances.

There is another additional known point of divergence where Etah Owar is faced with the choice of either killing or sparing INFRA known as Omni 02A and Omni 02B. Killing INFRA resulted in the return of the Basilisk and the complete annihilation of the universe. In the timeline where Etah Owar spares INFRA, the Harbingers indoctrinate the Dhragolon species, designating them the new Harbingers. This resulted in a conflict known as the Third Galactic War. While this universe survived, galactic society collapsed.

Known differences

  • The Buyuk Empire were instead a species called the Harbingers, who were not only responsible for wiping out the Omni Empire, but also the Empire of Arckas. It is speculated that the Harbingers were direct servants of the Basilisk which in this universe, they called Vernietigen.
  • The Vaikan were instead a species known as the Dhragolon, who were tall reptilian bipeds with wings.
  • The Tarorans were called the Karnasaurs.
  • God machines were called Titans by those who studied them.
