Wherhid United Republic

The Wherhid United Republic was a group of breakaway members of the Empire of Arckas. They formed based on their differing opinions of how new species and technology should be created, taking a much more strict stance. Among their beliefs were to ban exotic technologies for lesser developed species such as the use of god machines, ygsium and Dragonrock. As such, it was their desire to have their subject species develop entirely on their own without intervention from other more advanced civilizations.
