Viss Dominion

The Viss Dominion is a multiverse-spanning civilization known for its military might and its ability to terraform entire galaxies to their needs. They are an active combatant in the Multiversal War, attempting to play against both the Arckasian Alliance and the Basilisk forces.

The Viss Dominion is comprised of at least ten million different species. Unlike the Empire of Arckas which actively communicated with alternate counterparts of itself, the Viss Dominion tended to explore other universes with completely different sets of galaxies. As such, the extent of their reach can be more easily defined as other alternate counterparts to the Viss simply consist of a different subset of universes. The Viss Dominion that has had contact with the Omni 01 variant of the Empire of Arckas has colonies in 102 different universes across 20 trillion galaxies.

After Omni 01's Heat Death Crisis, some of the refugee Arckasians joined the Viss Dominion and became naturalized citizens. However, the Arckasians were in for a cultural shock when they discovered that the Viss were not a post-scarcity economy. With the massive extent they had, their society demanded enormous energy requirements and as such, could not afford the art-first focused life style the Arckasians once had.

Relations

• Empire of Arckas - The Viss Dominion is on tense terms with them due to cultural differences. The Viss tend to see the Basilisk as little more than a rogue AI rather than a dark god. Nevertheless, they will cooperate if given the chance.
• Basilisk - Though the Basilisk also poses an active threat to the Viss, although they don't believe it is necessary to completely wipe it out to defeat it. The Viss actively attempt to capture and study Basilisk technology though most of the time, they have mixed results.
