Harbinger

The Harbingers are a civilization from another universe that directly serves the Basilisk, which they referred to as Vernietigen. The Harbigners superficially resemble the Buyuk Empire in appearance and technology although they are considerably more powerful. What makes them particularly remarkable is that within the universes that they exist in, they have altered the laws of physics so that the universe they are in is strictly tied to their role as keeping civilizations in line - either forcing them into obedience or with constant warfare to get them to comply. Should the Harbingers ever be destroyed, another species is obligated to take on their role or else the universe would collapse in on itself.

The Harbingers were most notable for their reign of terror over the Omni 02 universe.
