Techne system

Techne is a G type star located in Morduin's Hunting Grounds, approximately 22 lightyears from the Telos system.

While charted in initial surveys of the area as far back as the era of the Drallan Federal Monarchy, records of it were lost. Even after records of the system were rediscovered, the area was found little to offer in terms of resources, so it remained ignored for the better part of a century. However, it became a significant point of interest after the establishment of the Telophere Autocracy and its attempted expansion into the system.

There are no known habitable areas in this system, calling into question what the Telophere Autocracy found so interesting about this location. It is likely they were simply after the systems found within the various moons and asteroids that orbit the system's two planets.

Another gas giant that is very dark. Less than 1% of light is reflected from its surface.
