Fluorcen Conglomerate

The Fluorcen Conglomerate are a multi-universe spanning civilization with technology rivaling the Viss Dominion. The two, while on good terms, frequently find themselves in territorial conflicts as they tend to value settling unique universes rather than variants of ones that have already been colonized by another known civilization. Despite this, they are more than willing to cooperate on the front of the Multiversal War.

The Fluorcen species itself are cephalopods with large craniums and many tentacles. They communicate telepathically with one another.
