The Binguni system is a blue giant star in the Garden of the Celestials. It is one of the brightest stars in its nebula. An ancient starship known as Afterlife orbits it, sitting dormant and holding the preserved consciousnesses of billions of Ch'chptk.

The system has multiple asteroid belts surrounding it. Some of these were once planets but the starship Afterlife has been mining the system for resources.
