==History==
In the ancient past, the Iztur rose up as a powerful race of zealots, committing mass genocide against their empires. Eventually, they allied with the [[Karotian]]s, the [[Piln]] and the [[Grusarg]] to defeat the [[Promorin]]. The crisis against the Promorin resulted in a spiritual reawakening where they gave up their philosophy of mass conquest without prejudice, instead devoting their resources to peace. They were among the earliest members of the [[Empire of Arckas]].
