The Heglareans are native to [[Heglarea]], a world close to the [[Galactic Core Zone]] of the [[Crucible Galaxy]]. Their skin is chitinous, and they possess a metallic carapace.
==History==
The Heglareans become spacefaring several thousand years after the Karnasians. When the Heglareans were discovered alongside the [[Hunre]], the first iteration of the [[Galactic Senate]] began.

Later, the accidental destruction of their homeworld caused a galactic war. The Heglareans allied with the Hunre to create the [[Dragonslayer Alliance]] to stop the Karnasians. The war, however, resulted in the collapse of the Galactic Senate allowing the [[Buyuk Empire]] to move in and begin their conquest of the galaxy.
