The '''Guardians of Secrets''' are a widespread group of individuals that had influence from the fall of the [[Empire of Arckas]] to well into the era of the [[Omni Empire]]. Once the Empire of Arckas was dismantled, some of its citizens emigrated to other universes. Those who stayed behind made it their duty to guard all of the unused, and abandoned Arckasian cities and technology, keeping it a secret so that their vastly superior weapons would not find their ways into the hands of greedy, tyrannical rulers. The Guardians comprise of normal organic species from all across the universe, living only to serve the wills of their vanished masters.
==History==
The Guardians of Secrets are an ancient order going back as far as the [[Empire of Arckas]]. After the empire was dismantled, some of their order chose to stay behind by having [[Na'zrah]] digitally preserve their consciousness.

Though they managed to keep it secret, after [[Hanvel]]'s discovery of [[Antocula]], the knowledge of Arckasian artifacts began to become more widespread - far more than the Guardians could actually contain. As they could no longer keep the existence of the Arckasians a secret, they instead focused on protecting and hiding the technological caches from other roving pirates and rogue nations who would be tempted by the power.

Eventually, the worst came to pass when [[Emperor Haraxa]] commissioned the construction of [[LUCIS]]. The Guardians of Secrets saw this as the [[Basilisk]] entering [[Omni 01]] and did all they could to stop it, but they could do nothing to stop its spread across the galaxy. Thus, all they could do was bide their time.

After three million years when Haraxa deliberately caused a revolution against his own empire, the Guardians saw an opportunity, but encouraging a violent takeover was against their personal creed. As such, a breakaway faction called the [[Dark Warrior]]s appeared who were unafraid to use more sinister means to accomplish their mission. Thus, in order to contain a potential entrance at the hands of the Basilisk, the Dark Warriors assassinated Emperor Haraxa and shut down LUCIS - putting him into a standby mode that would last thousands of years.

However, the Guardians of Secrets and the Dark Warriors both presumably went extinct when [[INFRA]] directed the [[Ghorax]] to destroy the last remnants of the Omni Empire. This lead to successor civilizations to freely discover lost Arckasian and Omni technology without their interference.
