The '''Anarsaur Empire''' is an active combatant in the [[Multiversal War]], fighting and protecting universes from being infiltrated by the [[Basilisk]]. How they go about it is not always agreed upon, however. One particular Anarsaur named [[Tyranis]] has decided to take matters into his own hands with a more ruthless, direct approach. Tyranis actively meddles with history, even going as far as to wipe out entire civlizations and even whole universes to do whatever it takes to stop the Basilisk. While the Anarsaur Empire condemns his actions, Tyranis' visit to [[Omni 01]] would lead to the [[Temporal Wars]].
