Severance was a Luddite group active during the early Fourth Age of the Vaikan. They were opposed to galactic colonization efforts and detonated an EMP that disabled the jump gate network. This cut off travel between the Krizael Expanse and the Twin Hearts Nebula for a long period of time. Their efforts caused an abrupt end to the Drallan Federal Monarchy.
