Cheripod
The Cheripodi are a species of Brachiopod, originating from the planet Chekach in the Chroliaden System of the Chechkal Cluster, within the Crucible Galaxy. The Cheripod race united under the banner of the United Kyekna Monarchies during the Chechkal Wars, after the UKM stopped the CHKC-27 AIs from wiping the Cheripodi out.
Each Cheripod has a hinged shell protecting it's body, with 8 limbs, two eyes, and a trunk-like proboscis. The Cheripodi stand at around 1.4 meters, or 4'8".
